We are building a practice as an innovative and responsive healthcare provider dedicated to the highest quality of psychotherapeutic services rendered in the auto/work injury, and pain management arena. We have been mental health providers with a combined experience of almost 30 years. Our practice includes, but it is not limited to auto trauma, head injury, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), pain management, depression, insomnia, and panic attacks. We facilitate a multi-disciplinary team approach toward client wellness and rehabilitation.
Our services offer a new and innovative approach to psychotherapy and pain management as well as psychological testing and assessments. We will provide medical and legal reports throughout the patient’s treatment to assist you with preparing the demand packet, mediation or litigation.
In our quest to provide the highest quality care for patients, we wanted to share some important medical research with you. In our experience with medico-legal issues we are constantly aware of the importance of not only effectively treating these patients, but also providing objective assessments of the psychological impact of their injuries. It is also imperative that the practitioner use proven methods that backed by specific research when diagnosis, treating, and providing a long-term prognosis. As you know solid medical documentation and testimony are crucial in personal injury and comp cases. Bringing these facts to life is a must for a case to be as successful as possible.
The Bottom Line: If you feel a client is having difficulties adjusting psychologically to his/her injuries/illness or is eliciting behaviors associated increased pain, mental stress or depression, they maybe suffering from the emotional trauma precipitated by their injury. A psychological assessment can help to assist your client toward recovery. It would be our pleasure to answer question or further discuss these point with you. Please send us your business cards or brochures to keep on file at our office for referrals/resources. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any further questions at (954) 414-1067.
